QuickScope is a product of Ashford Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 87 698 455 159), based in Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use QuickScope.

2. What we collect

From business owners and staff (our customers):

–Name, email, phone number
–Business name, address, ABN
–Payment information (processed by Stripe — we don't store card details)
–Login credentials (encrypted)

From your customers (end customers of fencing businesses using QuickScope):

–Name, phone number, email, address
–Job details and enquiry information
–Photos and notes related to their fencing job

3. How we use this information

–To provide and operate the QuickScope platform
–To send automated SMS and email communications related to quotes, site visits, and jobs (on behalf of the business using QuickScope)
–To process subscription payments
–To provide customer support
–To improve our product

4. Who we share data with

We use trusted third-party services to operate QuickScope:

–Supabase (database and authentication) — USA/Australia
–Twilio (SMS delivery) — USA
–Resend (email delivery) — USA
–Stripe (payment processing) — USA
–Vercel (hosting) — USA

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We have implemented security measures including row-level security, rate limiting, and regular security audits to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

–Access your personal information
–Request corrections to inaccurate data
–Request deletion of your data
–Export your data (available via Settings → Export Data)

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, after which it is permanently removed.

QuickScope uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's privacy

QuickScope is a business tool not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of QuickScope after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
