1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using QuickScope, you agree to these Terms of Service. QuickScope is operated by Ashford Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 87 698 455 159).

2. Description of Service

QuickScope is a business management platform for fencing contractors, providing lead management, quoting, job scheduling, and customer communication tools.

3. Account Registration

–You must provide accurate information when creating an account
–You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
–You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
–One account per business; staff accounts are managed by the business owner

4. Subscription and Billing

–QuickScope offers a 28-day free trial, no credit card required
–Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
–Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
–You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
–No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
–Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

–Use QuickScope for any illegal purpose
–Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading communications to customers via QuickScope's SMS/email features
–Attempt to access other businesses' data
–Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract QuickScope's source code
–Use QuickScope to harass, abuse, or harm any person

6. Customer Communications

–You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers before sending them SMS or email communications via QuickScope
–You must comply with Australian Spam Act 2003 and Do Not Call Register requirements for any communications sent through the platform
–QuickScope is not liable for communications sent using your account

7. Data Ownership

–You own the data you input into QuickScope (leads, customer information, quotes)
–You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export Data
–Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

8. Service Availability

–We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
–We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
–We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

–QuickScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
–We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
–Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months
–We are not responsible for the accuracy of estimates generated by the platform — these are for guidance only

10. Intellectual Property

–QuickScope and its software, design, and branding are owned by Ashford Technologies Pty Ltd
–You retain ownership of your business data and content

11. Termination

–You may cancel your account at any time
–We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
–We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
